The UFO question is one that generates a lot of debate and this article is notable simply for being very inconclusive as to where it is leading. Nevertheless, whilst UFOs do exist and they may or may not be alien craft, the military and psychological impact of them does create legitimate grounds for study by both the USAF and the CIA.
