Hmmm, methinks that if a customer has ordered 80 planes and is by far your largest launch customer, then and they publicly announce that they are unhappy with the lack of details provided as to what they have signed up to, the logical reaction should be to - in a fairly rapid timeline - remove ones finger from one's umentionables and proceed to ensure the customers is made happy. Scary to think that Airbus actually is allowing this situation to occur...or that Qatar actually signed up for something so ill defined...
